Terms & Conditions

1. GST will be additional to costing (for all billing done within India)
2. There will be an additional 20% Agency fee for all 3rd party purchases and all such 3rd party purchases, including Media spend (online and offline), to be paid in advance
3. The final print/ art/ open files, will be delivered at the end of the complete project
4. All work would be executed from Velocita’s Pune office and if there is a requirement of any Velocita individual to travel outside Pune office the charge for the same (including travel, boarding and lodging etc.) will be billed additionally
5. All documentation will be in English language only and delivery of all documents will be made electronically
6. Velocita does not have any data servers for file storage, therefore after the approval of the creative/visuals and the closure of the entire project (post final billing), Velocita can share the final open/ raw files with the client. Clients are requested to keep these files safe for future use. Velocita usually delete all files, one month from the completion of the assignment.
7. Services Velocita does not offer inhouse:
   1. Paid promotions on Social Media
   2. Public Relations (PR) and On-ground activation execution
   3. All forms of outside purchases such as, but not limited to, photography, colour printouts, laminating, illustrations, stock photographs and videos, voiceover, language translation and DTP
   4. Technical services: Software Application development, Mobile App development, Hosting, Server setup, Domain pointing and setup, e-Commerce integration, Microsite Integration, 3rd party API Integration like Chat, Social Feeds, Emailer/ SMS integration
   5. Printing, production and installation support
   6. Newspaper advt. release, Procuring Advt. spaces – online, print, outdoor, tv, radio, cinema, malls, etc.
   7. Procuring Merchandise articles, gifting items, vouchers, etc.
