Redemption Process

  1. The Customer to sign up and create the login credentials via https://iac.globalairportconcierge.com/
  2. Logging In: the user to insert the flight number (ex: UA492) and the
    departure date and hit search.
  3. This will automatically populate the departing/arriving locations, terminals and the services available at each airport. The user will have to change the passenger count and bag count to get an exact quote.
  4. Select Service: The user can select services by clicking on each service from the two dropdowns
  5. which is for each departing/arriving airport. Some services might request for extra information to provide an exact quote.
  6. Adding to Cart: After selecting the services, by clicking “Add Services to Cart” button, the user can add the journey to the cart accordingly. Then the user can either proceed to checkout or add more journeys if needed.
  7. Entering Promocode: The customer need to go to the  [https://iac.globalairportconcierge.com/ website and use the following discount code.
    Add Passenger Details: After clicking the “Checkout” button, the user will be prompted to adding passenger information section.
  8. Updating Booker Details As you are already signed in, your
    information will appear as the booker details. Please update the rest of the information and proceed to adding payment details accordingly. If you are not signed in, the system will create a new account based on the email address you enter. If the email already has an account, it will automatically sign you in.
  9. Enter Payment Information: Apply discount code at checkout and pay with your HDFC Payment card.
