1. Flat 14% off on NON DND Domestic Hotels
2. Minimum Booking Amount of Rs 2,499/- to avail of the discount for NON DND domestic hotels
3. Maximum discount is Rs 3,000/- for domestic Hotels. Coupon cannot be clubbed with other offers
4. Discount is applicable on Domestic Hotel Bookings.
5. Offer can be used only Once per user during the offer period.
6. Travel dates to avail this discount are completely open.
7. To avail the discount, simply enter the unique coupon code before making the payment you’re your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you.
8. In the event of a cancellation (in part or in full), the entire discount provided will be deducted from the refund amount Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
9. Cleartrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
10. Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure Event.
11. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
12. In no event the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
13. Cleartrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.

15. Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.

To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.

By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
