Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible for discount, the BizPrime member will pay the discounted Membership Price in full or EMI’s through his/ her/ its Debit/ Credit card on the payment link/ POS machine carried by the representative.
2. Discount is applicable on the amount exclusive of taxes
3. The Biz Prime member shall be required to submit Membership Application Form and the relevant documents as may be requested/ stipulated by Club Mahindra, including his/ her identity & address proof, for purchasing the Membership and the same shall be governed by its Membership Rules and Terms & Conditions.
4. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. BizPrime members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
5. BizPrime is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the members under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. BizPrime shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
6. BizPrime shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by member under this offer. BizPrime reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
7. To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the BizPrime Member Debit or Credit® Card.
8. Club Mahindra shall have the right to refuse Offer/ Membership to any of the person in case his/her/ its previous Club Mahindra Membership was found to be rescinded for breach of any of its terms & conditions. Decision of Club Mahindra in this regard shall be final.
9. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or ongoing promotions. No alternate Offer shall be provided by Club Mahindra in lieu of this Offer.
11. Offer would be applicable for primary and supplementary members.
12. The BizPrime member needs to keep and present the receipt in case of any non-fulfilment related concern.
13. BizPrime and Club Mahindra reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Offer at any point in time.
14. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Mumbai only.
15. By availing this Offer, the members agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Offer.
